ADK SKILLS CAMP 2023 @ Afrim's Sports Park

WE ARE BACK! This will be the 19th year we offer ADK Skills Camp.

**CAMP SELLS OUT EVERY YEAR!

Please note that you should choose the pay by credit option and please do not choose pay by check.

YOU MUST COMPLETE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WHEN REGISTERING.

In the event you have to withdraw from camp there is a non-refundable fee of $20-

LOCATION: Afrim's Sports Park 969 Watervliet Shaker Road Colonie

(2 full field turf fields outdoors, indoor concession stand and restrooms)

This camp is for rising 2nd-10th graders. We offer both field player and goalie training at this camp. We ability and age group so each player can get the appropriate level of training. Whether you are new to field hockey or an advanced rising 10th grader, we will make sure you so you are challenged but successful!

Camp is held at Afrim's Sports Park on the field turf fields.

Tuesday July 11, 2023 from 9:30am-2:00pm

Wednesday July 12, 2023 from 9:30am-2:00pm

Thursday July 13, 2023 from 9:00am-12:00pm (*please note time change for our final day of camp)

Camp daily schedule:

9:15am Check in

9:30am: Warm up

9:40am-11:30am: Skill stations and small sided tactics

11:30-11:40: Move of the day

11:40-12:25: Lunch break. Campers provide their own packed lunch

12:30-2:00pm: Small sided games
