SKILLS CAMP 2026
(OPEN TO ATHLETES ENTERING 2nd-10th GRADE FOR THE FALL OF 2026)
WE OFFER TRAINING FOR BOTH FIELD PLAYERS AND GOALIES
*rising means the grade an athlete will enter for the fall of 2026
WE ARE BACK! This will be the 22nd year for our ADK Skills Camp.
**CAMP SELLS OUT EVERY YEAR!
***Last year it sold out in 3 days (200 athlete max)
Camp is held at Afrim's Sports Park on the field turf fields. Address: 969 Watervliet Shaker Road Colonie

Tuesday July 7, 2026 from 9:30am-2:00pm
Wednesday July 8, 2026 from 9:30am-2:00pm
Thursday July 9, 2026 from 9:00am-12:00pm **time of camp changes just for the last day
**You do not need a current USA Field Hockey membership for camp. Prior to camp we will email all campers a waiver for Afrim's Sports to fill out and bring to the first day of camp.
Camp daily schedule:
9:15am Check in
9:30am: Warm up
9:40am-11:30am: Skill stations and small sided tactics
11:30-11:40: Move of the day
11:40-12:20: Lunch break. Campers provide their own packed lunch
12:25-2:00pm: Small sided games
