ADK Summer Training:  

MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO HELP NAVIGATE SIGN UPS:

ADK spring/summer skills practices are based on your rising grade level. 

ADK Elite training groups have multiple grade levels within each training group.  This is explained in the elite question below. 

We offer two tiers of training.  The first is our skills practices where athletes practice with their rising grade levels throughout the summer.  In addition, we offer an elite level training where athletes tryout and have to make the additional elite level practices.  Elite athletes participate in the traditional skills practices as well as train on an additional day per week with the selected elite athletes in their age group. 

Please see the information below for the details about dates, times, and age divisions. This is the sign-up form for all age divisions. Payment will be collected on the first day of training.  All practices will be held at The University at Albany on the Astro Turf Field.  This field is one of the best surfaces that we can play on!  

U19 Skills Training 

Wednesday nights 

6:00-7:30 pm- rising 11th grade

7:30-9:00 pm- rising 12th & college freshman
